Firstly upon initial contact Zoë was very helpful with our enquiries & quick with replies getting back to us. After we booked there were a few telephone consultations to discuss our plans for the big day, Zoë was very thorough on making sure we were both on the same page with what we wanted on the day. When the day arrived she was very professional and welcoming and helped make everyone feel at ease. She got right to work at getting the shots she needed, Zoë also helped the morning run smoothly.
