My approach

FAQ’s:

What is your process to book?

• We will request information from you such as package required, names, emails and venues / times to build your contract
• Your contract will be sent via email for you to fill in & sign separately online, at this point your date is put on a temporary hold
• We give you 24hrs to view and sign your contract and also place your booking fee
• Your contract & invoice are emailed to you together
• Booking fees currently are paid via bank transfer, we are looking into taking payments online but this is not something we currently offer
• Upon booking fee being placed you will receive an emailed receipt 
• Your contract & invoice are automatically cancelled after the 24hrs due to the volume of enquiries we receive 

Can you hold my date without the payment?

We are unable to hold dates without a booking fee being paid 

Where do you cover?

• We are based on the South Staffordshire | North Warwickshire | West Midlands border 
• We can & do offer full UK & European coverage - this can incur travel fees / plane tickets & possibly over night accommodation dependant on location

Why do you expect from us as a couple?

We require full information for your big day so we can plan around everything you have organised. We do request that you ask your guests keep their phones away during the entirety of the ceremony and also not to be in our way while we try and work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get the shots you request. We want you to love your photographs & be able to relive you day through them therefore when we are unable to get the shots you request especially candid shots because of a mobile phone it’s heartbreaking for us and frustrating for you. 

We do request that we take you away for around fifteen to twenty minutes to get romantic shots of just you as a couple, this also gives you a moment to breathe & take it all in.

We also suggest to avoid cluttered or unwanted backgrounds in photographs where possible. We advise for example when your wedding car arrives - request for it to be parked in front of the venue not in the middle of the car park.

When taking getting ready shots please ensure your room or area is clutter free or have photographs taken in another room where possible.

We also need to be informed of any paid parking that is required so this can be built into your package or it will be due on the day via bank transfer or cash.

Your own wedding album app downloaded to your phone £40

A storybook album starting from £290

Our galleries are online as standard within your booking cost. In addition you may opt to purchase your own wedding album app which will be produced upon completion of your edited album. Edited albums are available within 8-12 weeks in peak wedding season, in low season we allow 6-8 weeks

Final payment is due four weeks before the big day. 

We generally hold two video calls with the last being approx two weeks before the big day.

We can always accommodate for messages, enquiries and questions as & when they arise
